Lap Blankets

Each day, we welcome special visitors to Katie’s Cottage, each with their own reason for being here. One guest recently shared that she was waiting for a family member receiving medical treatment at the hospital. As she sat, she crocheted a blanket for Katie Cares, explaining that she had received donations to purchase the wool. Her generosity and thoughtfulness were truly heartwarming. Stories like hers remind us of the kindness that surrounds Katie’s Cottage, and we are grateful for every act of support that brings comfort to our guests and their families.
