Programs

  • Beanie Baby Program

One of Katie Care’s first initiatives, the Beanie Baby Program continues to to grow. The beanie babies have brought comfort and entertainment to children from hospital’s to covid-19 testing sites, across southern Manitoba. The stuffed animals are given to a child while they are receiving medical care. In 2021 Katie Cares has given out 1,970 beanie babies. These beanie babies provide much needed support to children, tears are wiped away and smiles appear.
