Katie’s Cottage is getting ready for winter. The staff have been busy getting the saskatoons ready for the freezer. The Saskatoons are full of flavor and will be used for muffins, cakes, pancakes, and other desserts for guests this winter. We love supporting our local growers, and the guests can enjoy the flavours of summer in the winter, which have been grown locally. Thank you to Helen Thiessen for picking these beautiful berries. They certainly are delicious and will be a welcome treat in the winter months.
