
Homemade Meal: Roast Chicken
On Thursday, May 23rd Katie’s Cottage planned a hot, homemade meal for the guests at the Cottage. We served roasted chicken with baked potatoes, and sides of stuffing, corn and peas, and a pecan and mandarin salad, with the option of topping the baked potatoes with sour cream, chives, or bacon bits. The guests really appreciated the free supper, and the chance to sit down and have fellowship with other guests. Thank you to all the volunteers and staff who made this wonderful meal possible!
