Southern Meats began in 1985 with a family tradition of pig butchering and using family recipes. They started butchering for others and demand has grown and grown for the taste of the best quality local products from local farms. Our local beef and hog farms make the taste unique and great while providing local employment for our community. Our Mennonite heritage is important to the community, and we are still locally owned by Tim & Amanda Braun. We are happy to help you and create a taste your family enjoys!
