Katie’s Cottage is committed to recycling and composting. As of July 24, 2017 Katie’s Cottage will be composting 100%!! We will compost all waste generated at Katie’s Cottage. Which would have otherwise land up in the landfill, will now be composted.  We want to do our part for  future generations. We have been recycling since Katie’s Cottage opened on August3, 2016. Each bedroom has a blue bin for guests to deposit recycling material.  Thanks to Penner Waste for picking up our garbage, compost and recycling.  SEE IT…BELIEVE IT…ACHIEVE IT….
