Katie Cares received a generous donation from Friesen Corporation of Altona. Friesen’s has been a supporter for several years. This donation is a unique donation because the employees at Friesen’s are given a ticket and the employee can choose which charity they would like to support. Katie Cares is one of the options for the employees. Some of the money will be used to purchase groceries for our guest breakfast, as well as Beanie Babies for the children in the Altona area.
