Guests and hospital staff stayed at Katie’s Cottage during the storm. Our staff served a buffet breakfast, and three suppers. The suppers consisted of lasagna, Caesar salad, and garlic bread, the second evening was roasted chicken, honey garlic meatballs, mashed potatoes, veggies, cranberry sauce, and stuffing and our final evening was tacos.
Our guests enjoyed the cottage, a good sleep, and making new friends. Watching tv, visiting all the while staying close to the hospital. It was important for the folks who stayed for several reasons all the while staying safe and warm.
