Slippers Galore!

Katie’s Cottage had 800 balls of wool this fall. “What to do with all of the wool”? Well, you put out a call for volunteers to knit or crochet slippers. So that’s what Katie’s Cottage did. The response was truly overwhelming. It didn’t take long and we had virtually no wool to hand out.
Volunteers came to pick up the wool and begin to make slippers. Now the balls of wool are returning, and they are now slippers. Thank you to all of the volunteers for answering the call. We now have slippers that guests will be able to use at the cottage and take home. Just another example of how people make Katie’s Cottage so special.
