Katie Cares gives back to Candlelighters. Katie Cares presented a cheque to Candlighters on December 16, 2014. The donation comes from the Winkler Community Foundation Katie Cares endowment fund. The endowment fund has generated interest which allows this donation. Katie Cares is pleased to support Candlelighters and the work that this organization does.
