On February 20, 2019 Ruth Reimer visited the Evergreen Colony School. Cassidy Dowd contacted, Ruth to see if she would be interested in coming out to the school to share about Katie Cares.  Ruth was thrilled, to go out and meet the staff and students at Evergreen School.  The 28 students from grade 1 to 12 got hear and learn about Kaitlyn and her dream.  Ruth read the book Love Like Katie. It was a pleasure to meet the staff and students at Evergreen Colony School.
