January 30th was another cold day, so we at Katie’s Cottage decided to cook a homemade supper for our guests. we made two main courses, chicken and meatballs, with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, stuffing, a pecan and mandarin salad, and—of course—dessert!
