Katie’s Cottage would like to give a huge shout out and thank you to Winkler Plumbing and Heating and Ray Septic and Rooter Service!
Last week Tuesday January 17, an alarm alerted the evening staff to a high water alert. Which resulted in the sewer pumps were not operational. We called Rays and they were speedy quick to get the sewer drained by 9:00 pm the same night.
Winkler Plumbing and Heating had to get to working to find and replace both pumps. And by Friday afternoon both pumps were fully operational.
We are grateful for the service that you provided. Thank you to our guests for being patient, kind, and accommodating to us.
Another huge shout out and thank you to our evening staff member Jackie for being so attentive at the cottage.
