Monday November 20, 2017 Heidi came to visit the cottage. She brought, with her 32 soft and cuddly teddy bears.  Thank you to Heidi for bringing Katie Cares these friendly friends.  The teddy bears will be used in the Katie Cares bags, which will be given to children admitted into hospital.  Katie Cares is proud to be teamed with Boundary Trails Hospital, Carman Memorial Hosptial, Altona Community Memorial Health Centre, Portage District Hospital.  The bags help children, to alleviate some stress and fear while being in the hospital.
