Springtime in the Pembina Valley always brings excitement and activity, and yes, the big farm equipment can be seen. Spring brings anticipation for the farmers who are seeding the fields. The past few years have been challenging for the farmers across the province and beyond. The farmers have dealt with drought, flooding, and many other issues. Katie’s Cottage staff and guests want to wish each farmer a safe and successful year from planting to harvest. We wish the farmers the right amount of moisture, warm days, few weeds, and bugs, and a bountiful harvest. We appreciate you and thank you for growing food for us and the world!!!
