This event is held every year, money raised is donated to a local children’s charity. This year again the Lions club chose Katie Cares as one of their recipients. The money donated will be used to fund Katie Cares Bags and the Beanie Baby program.  Both of these programs helps children who are in hospital, imaging, diagnostics, and emergency.  Providing something when children are afraid, anxious, stress levels are high.  These small gifts provide a good memory for children, and ease the tensions.
