Katie’s Cottage had two special visitors on January 4, 2019. Two lovely ladies from the St Jean Sewing Club brought quilts which the sewing club had made. The blankets will be given to families who have a loved one in Palliative care at Boundary Trails Hospital. While the blankets can’t change the outcome of the inevitable end of life, they can bring a little warmth and comfort to their last moments on earth. Thank you to Julie and Collette for bringing the quilts to Katie’s Cottage.  A special thank you to the St Jean Sewing Club for sewing these amazing quilts, and for thinking of the families at Katie’s Cottage!
