Work on the cottage continues. Fill has been brought to the site, to bring the dirt levels to the proper height. Thank you to Green Valley for the fill and to PM Elias Trucking for hauling and levelling the fill. Soffit, facia have been installed, deck posts have also been installed. Inside the cottage, repairs have been made to repair any cracking during the move, also all the doors have been hung, mouldings are installed, as well as water and sewer have been completed. The driveway has also been started. The parking lot is underway, and should be completed in the near future. The top soil will be used from the piles that were saved and, spread out over the yard. Sod will be laid in the next few weeks in the front of the cottage, and grass seed will be used in the back.
