Love Like Katie

In celebration of I love to read month Katie Cares is selling copies of the Love Like Katie book. The book shares the story of Kaitlyn Reimer. It’s story about how Kaitlyn wanted to give back to her community, showing love, empathy, and true spirit of compassion.

The book was written by Marilyn Hart. Marilyn lives and works in the Winkler area with her husband and children. Her writing talents captured Kaitlyn’s spirit beautifully.

Ruth Hiebert local artist shared her artistic talent. Ruth lives and works in the Winkler area, with her husband. She is a mother and grandmother. The illustrations capture the words of the story.

Love Like Katie can be purchased at Katie’s Cottage. For the month of February, the book will be on sale for $12.00. If you can’t come to the cottage to purchase a book, you can call Katie’s Cottage at 204-312-8445 and we will mail the book to you. If we mail the book to you, we will add $2.50 for shipping. The book was printed in Canada by Friesens Corporation Altona Manitoba. Sales of the book will go to Katie Cares Inc to further the work of the charity.
